Sam has been involved in real estate since 2007 and has expertise in acquisitions, land development, construction, financing, leasing, and dispositions. Over the course of his career, he has built up over $100MM worth of transactional experience, been involved in land developments totaling in excess of 1,200 acres, and built over 100,000 square feet of commercial property. Sam’s daily roles include land acquisition and development, construction management, project management, and investor relations.
Parker has been in commercial real estate in Austin for the past nine years and has extensive experience with commercial development, leasing, marketing, and project, construction, and property management. He has developed and co-developed nine medical office projects, totaling over 260,000 square feet, across the Greater Austin area. Parker attended the University of Missouri in Columbia, Missouri, where he received a Bachelor of Science degree in marketing.
After interning with a developer in 2018, Brady moved to Austin and joined the team as a development coordinator and property manager. He is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day management and operations of a number of properties located in the Greater Austin area, as his daily development roles include leasing, construction management, project marketing, and vendor relations. When he is not taking care of the established properties, he is working on the development of D3’s newest projects. Since moving to Austin, Brady has managed 172,000 square feet of medical properties and managed the construction of four medical facilities, 22 interior finish-outs, and numerous ground-up projects.
Bryce first joined the team during an internship with D3-co in 2022 when he was attending Illinois College in Jacksonville Illinois. He earned his bachelor degree in business administration and juggled being a full-time student and football player. After graduation he moved to Austin to start his career in commercial real estate with D3-co as the assistant property manager and junior developer. Bryce is currently on track to get his real estate license by summer of 2024. His day-to-day role is to handle the
property management responsibilities between the four operational medical assets that total 120,000 square feet as well as helping to oversee the new tenant space buildouts.
